Bayside Haven is located right outside the town of Baddeck, on a gentle slop overlooking Bras d"Or Lake. From here, you can see Beinn Bhreagh, where the famed inventor and scientist Alexander Graham Bell made his summer home and did his thinking work. Bell also established the first Bell Lab on Beinn Bhreagh and tested has man-carrying kites, airplanes and hydrofoil boats on Bras d'Or Lake as part of his research activities.
